What is Westbank Living doing to provide an inspired lifestyle?
Westbank is most well known for creating market-leading for sale residential projects, and it is our belief that our Westbank Living homes should share the same quality of design and amenities. When we decided to go all in on the goal of creating 10,000 rental homes in the next 5 years, we went in with the idea that we were not building rental buildings; we were building inspiring environments.
Museum House features extensive indoor and outdoor amenities, including pet-friendly and wellness-oriented amenities, a fitness center, a pool, indoor gathering spaces, outdoor amenity areas and the Westbank Cycle Club.

AMENITIES
Fitness Center Curated by House Concepts
Located on level 32, the indoor and outdoor fitness center will be equipped with cardio equipment as well as free weights and lifting equipment. The outdoor space will be home to a full size boxing ring. Residents will also have access to a range of fitness classes curated by House Concepts, and private training.
Sky Bridge Amenity Space
The Sky Bridge offers one of the best views in the building — perhaps one of the best views in Seattle. The design philosophy centers around framing the brilliant views with natural elements and a rich palette of earth tones.
The Nautical Gauges placed on the Sky Bridge reflect the nautical inspired interior details of the project in the amenity overlooking Seattle’s waterfront. The gauges selected are historic pilot navigation tools in black to match the blackened steel staircases leading to the second level.
Pool Deck
On level 32, a 40 feet pool and hot tub for residents offers views of the Puget Sound. An unmatched rooftop amenity space, the pool and deck are a place for residents to swim, soak or relax in the sun.
Amenity Lounge
The spacious indoor amenity lounge on level 3 is the perfect place to host special events or meetings. This space has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas, as well as study spaces.
Alfred Suite Entry System
This system allows residents to control and manage their building access, elevator and front door for deliveries and visitors. Alfred Suite Entry locks for key-less entry and the ability to pair with your smartphone.
Westbank Cycle Club
The Westbank Cycle Club is an in-building mobility share program that provides a fleet of custom electric bikes to residents as well as a bike lounge for tune ups and pre or post ride hangouts.
The Westbank Cycle Club offers a mobility solution that not only removes cars from the road but provides a sense of community and wellness that is integral to every Westbank Living project.
Pet-Friendly Amenities at Museum House
Museum House is designed to promote pet positive environment and includes a range of amenities for pets.
- Level 3 Outdoor Courtyard and Dog Run Area.
- Pet Spa — A designated pet washing and grooming area with tubs and equipment for washing, in the parkade.
Giovane Caffè
Museum House will be home to a caffè inspired by classic Italian flavours and aesthetics.
CREATIVE KITCHEN
Experience your favorite neighborhood restaurant at home through Westbank Living. Creative Kitchen provides complimentary ready to cook meals with fresh ingredients, curated by our restaurant collaborators and delivered directly to residents’ doors. The program includes a live online cooking class so residents can follow along with their neighbors, as the Creative Kitchen chef prepares the meal. We began this program with Westbank Living in Vancouver to help foster a sense of community in our buildings.
Creative Kitchen in Vancouver supports our local collaborator, Kitchen Table Group and in Seattle, we will bring on other restaurant collaborators to provide more variety and contribute to the First Hill culinary landscape.
