MFTE Homes

Museum House is proud to participate in the Seattle Multifamily Tax Exemption Program (MFTE) to offer a select number of rent restricted homes for those with limited income. To learn more about Seattle’s MFTE program, please visit the Seattle Office of Housing.

To qualify for an MFTE home, your income must fall within certain income limits measured as a percentage of AMI (area median income). Museum House AMI restrictions are:

Studio apartments: 60% of AMI
One-bedroom apartments: 70% of AMI
Two-bedroom apartments: 85% of AMI
