With this project, we are trying to contribute to a sense of neighborliness, in one of Seattle’s most walkable communities. Museum House will celebrate its role as a connector, bringing together the museum, the church, interesting retail and residential while integrating them fully into the active community near the First Hill medical nexus. The First Hill neighborhood enjoys a dense, vibrant culture day and night. Locals and visitors are drawn to its many coffeehouses, galleries, historic architecture, green spaces and cultural institutions including the Hugo House, indie film center Northwest Film Forum and Elliott Bay Book Company.
Nearby a short walk or drive away, Museum House enjoys convenient access to the Downtown Seattle's financial district and the tech hub of South Lake Union.
